It has been a practice in recent years for Qubiz to organise an Internship programme each summer, in order to find and stimulate young talents in IT. This year we chose to focus our programme on the .NET technology and on Business Intelligence.
Starting today, 4 students will join the Qubiz Team for one month, during which we will show them what technology can really do and they will try to show us why they were a good pick. All of them had to initially go through a selection process that included 2 steps: a CV submission and an interview.
They are studying Computer Science at the University of Oradea and we found in them the potential and willingness to grow professionally and personally, qualities we are always looking for.
The interns’ distribution by technology is 2 for each. Besides showing them what life in a company looks like and encouraging them to follow their passion for IT, another goal we have, is finding new talents that could fit in our team. They will work together with our team on their projects, demonstrating their programming and databases skills.
Before drawing any conclusion though, we still have a month ahead of us, full of challenges and opportunities, therefore, we would like to wish all our interns a warm welcome and we look forward to this experience.
