Qubiz has selected 5 students from a total of 10 applicants and another 2 through the partnership with the University for the Qubiz summer’s internship .
All of them had to go through a selection process consisting in 2 phases – CV submission and interview. As always with internships, we looked at 2 main things when deciding who we should accept: at least basic knowledge in the area they applied for and, the most important thing, potential and willingness to grow.
Today is the guys’ first day in Qubiz. The interns’ distribution by technology is as follows: 4 .NET web developers, 2 iOS mobile developers and 1 Android mobile developer. As usual, besides wanting to show students what the life in a company looks like and encouraging them to follow their passion for IT, one other goal of ours is finding new talent that could be a valuable addition to the team.
Before drawing any conclusion though, we still have a month ahead of us, full of challenges and opportunities, so for now we wish all our interns good luck and we are sure they can FIT the Qubiz Team.
