Technical requirements
- Previous experience as Scrum Master;
- Committed to Scrum values and practices while being open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow;
- Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
- Ability to eliminate external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements;
- Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution;
- Splendid communication and servant leadership skills.
