We are looking for an enthusiastic HR specialist for our office in Cluj-Napoca, who takes ownership of the human side of the company.

If you are friendly and helpful, love to get creative, have patience and empathy in dealing with people and are not new to the HR field, we have the opportunity of the year for you!

We are not into micromanaging. Our style is to create a framework within which you can operate freely. And if you are able to be proactive in your work, that's a definite plus! You will have the chance to be part of selection, onboarding, growing/guiding and coaching our colleagues. You'll be dealing with inexperienced juniors as well as “tenacious” veterans. But don't worry, you'll have our support, and you'll never get bored: you'll need to constantly monitor trends, solicit and provide feedback, advise on specific situations, and develop creative initiatives that make a difference.

English language is an absolute must. English humor is a big plus. It allows you to be assertive in your presentations, and your audience will love it.

Here’s how you’ll be successful in this role:

  • Take ownership of recruitment, selection, and retention for the Cluj offices;
  • Propose and monitor well-being initiatives;
  • Perform HR-market analysis;
  • Collect internal feedback from our community, analyze the patterns and suggest actions for improvements;
  • Collaborate closely with the operational and management teams;
  • Review and influence the creation of HR-specific materials with creative ideas;
  • Bring leadership in our HR & Support team, help others learn & grow professionally.


  • Preferably 10+ (just kidding, we take talent over experience, so let's say 3+) years of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Relevant studies;
  • Good understanding of people and behaviors;
  • Strong awareness of the local IT industry and the latest trends in it;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (including fluent English);
  • Understanding of how individuals and teams operate and evolve;
  • Ability to identify talent (and to spot red flags);
  • Ability to mediate conflicts;
  • Curiosity and quick learning ability;
  • Creativity and a good eye for and details.

You will sweep us off our feet with

  • Previous Management responsibilities, budgeting, process management;
  • A background in psychology.
