About your responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately;
• Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges;
• Supporting continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs;
• Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
• Collaboration with the Support Team;
• Being an ambassador on social media, creating and sharing daily material on social networks;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Graduated with a Bachelor Degree;
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written);
• Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Professional appearance;
• Well organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver;
• Full-time availability.
